What' s ro water treatment ?
RO water treatment, the raw water is tap water, first goes by pre-treatment, then by RO treatment. Through those treatments, can remove dissolving salt, harmful materials, organic impurities, heavy metal ions, bacteria, viruses, etc.
1. RO Reverse Osmosis use automatic control and semi-control .Pretreatment parts can adopt fiber glass or stainless steel material.

Reverse osmosis process Flow:
Source tank →Feed water pump→ muti-media filter(sands filter)→ active carbon filter→ water softener(or inhibitor dosing)→Cartridge/Security/Micro filter→high-pressure/Centrifugal pump→ Reverse Osmosis system→ RO purified tank →ultraviolet sterilizer.

1. Q: Are you factory?How many workers do you have?
A: Yes,we are factory. One of our factory is located in Guangzhou and another one is in Jiangsu province. We have about 100 workers in our factory and we have 18 years expirence on cosmetic machinery.
2. Q: I'm new in our industry, but I'm planning to set up a factory, what can I do?
A: We can suggest customer the most suitable machine according to their formula, raw material. Manufacturing - Installation - Training - Maintenance - Technical Support. We can introduce you supplier of raw material, bottles, labels, etc. We could customize machines according to your real need, we could send our engineer to your factory to install machines and train your worker of operation and maintenance.
3. Q: What about installation?
A: Our engineer can be sent to your country. but customer should pay the air tickets. besides, customer should arrange the accommodation for them during the trip.
4. Q: What do we do if we encounter problem about the machine ?
A: Show us the picture or video of the problem. If the problem is from small machine, we will send you solution by video. If the problem is from large machine, our engineer will go to your factory (customer will pay the fee during the trip).
5. Q: How can you control the quality and delivery?
A: All our machines will be tested before packaging. wooden packaing is strong and safe for long delivery.
